Who we are

This website is operated by A-1 HEAVY EQUIPMENTS, CORP. (“A-1”). Questions about this notice or your inquiry can be sent to sales@a-1heavyequipment.com.

What we collect

When you send a service request we receive the details you type into the form: your name, phone number, location, equipment and problem description, and, if you choose to give them, your company, email address and equipment make or model. To limit spam and duplicate submissions, the form also processes your internet address in a scrambled (hashed) form that cannot be read back, and it is deleted automatically within minutes.

How we use it

We use these details only to respond to your inquiry. We do not use this form to add you to a marketing list, and we do not sell your information.

Who handles it

• Vercel hosts the website and keeps standard technical server logs.
• Resend delivers the inquiry notification email.
• Upstash, through Vercel, stores the short-lived hashed keys used for rate limiting and duplicate prevention. It does not receive your form details.
• Microsoft 365 hosts the A-1 sales mailbox that receives the email.

These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising cookies, analytics or tracking tools.

How long we keep it

Inquiry emails stay in the A-1 sales mailbox for as long as we need them to respond to and follow up on your inquiry, and as ordinary business records. We may keep them longer where a legitimate business or legal reason requires it. Our email provider may keep delivery records for a limited time under its own settings.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about your inquiry, or ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to sales@a-1heavyequipment.com. You can also call us instead of using the form.
